I just bought Norton Security and tried to install it in my MacBook Air which has been updated to the latest Sierra OS. I double click on the file, it starts I put my admin code to allow installation and then I receive the message 'We're sorry. It seems something went wrong with the installation of the product. Please contact support.' Of course no clue on what may went wrong or even how to contact support, way to go Symantec! I had no other antivirus or similar program installed on the MacBook. Anyone has any clue what's going on? Thank you!
